Production Supervisor (Frozen Chicken) at AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited

Job Purpose

• To supervise day-to-day poultry processing operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality output, compliance with food safety regulations, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily chicken processing activities including slaughtering, evisceration, chilling, portioning, and packaging.
• Ensure staff follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Monitor shift operations and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Supervise production line staff, including casual workers.
• Report production data, line performance, and daily output to management.
• Identify issues and liaise with maintenance, logistics, or quality teams as needed.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain production documentation and compliance logs.

Qualifications & Experience

• OND. in Animal Science, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in poultry or meat processing environment.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
• Hands-on supervisory experience in a production or factory environment.
