Production Executive at MeCure Healthcare Limited (MHL)

Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality checks on pharmaceutical products to ensure adherence to established standards and specifications
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.Testing and assessing products
• Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records, including inspection reports and testing results
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and improvements in quality processes
• Identify and address any deviations or abnormalities in product quality, working to resolve issues promptly
• Monitor and control the quality of products during various stages of the production process

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Biochemistry.

Other Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Officer, Production Supervisor, or Production Executive, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Sound understanding of GMP, SOPs, and quality standards in production operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and operational excellence.
