    Product Marketing Manager

    Job Description:

    • Pharmarun is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for developing product marketing strategies, and implementing online and offline marketing strategies to establish Pharmarun as the leading health tech platform for medication and health management.
    • We are looking for a self-starting marketer with an exceptional growth mindset to effectively position Pharmarun in a clear and appealing manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for each product using online and offline channels.
    • Identify key product features that appeal to customers and position them for revenue generation
    • Analyze product performance, present reports, and utilize data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to create messaging and positioning based on customer insights and market trends.
    • Conduct market research to uncover customer and market insights influencing the product roadmap.
    • Develop consumer-based marketing and branding strategies, analyzing existing strategies for growth opportunities.
    • Write marketing literature for brochures and press releases to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
    • Establish targeted customer and industry partnership networks to expand reach and brand awareness.
    • Perform competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and gain a larger market share.
    • Drive go-to-market planning and execution, including strategies for new product releases and affiliate marketing.
    • Leverage digital marketing channels and SEM to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.
    • Develop and manage offline marketing campaigns (print ads, events) to reach new customers and increase brand awareness.

    Required Experience/Skills:

    • Advanced knowledge of consumer behaviour sciences and marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrable experience in product marketing and innovation.
    • Ability to increase competitiveness and market share.
    • Experience in community building & conversion
    • Experience in community penetration and conversion
    • Ability to identify potential business and marketing opportunities.
    • Experience in PR is a plus
