Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, marketing, and in-life optimisation for the product.
Ensure stakeholders have a solid understanding of the product and its capabilities to ensure company-wide success.
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Prepare product briefs to ensure the smooth introduction of each new release. Answer questions and troubleshoot issues throughout the release lifecycle.
Run daily rituals like scrum, backlog grooming, planning, and retrospective for a cross-functional team. Monitor the progress of issues and provide solutions for the development team.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the company by reaching customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
