    Product Manager

    Summary

    • We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and management of real estate products and services.
    • This role involves overseeing the full product lifecycle, from market research and product design to launch, marketing, and performance evaluation.
    • The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that drive growth and strengthen our position in the real estate market.

    Key Responsibilities
    Product Development (In-House Products):

    • Work with the CEO and Head of Marketing to develop new real estate products from concept development to market launch.
    • Coordinate with surveyor, legal, and marketing teams to prepare all required documentation and branding materials.
    • Define pricing, positioning, and value propositions for each product.

    Partner Product Management:

    • Maintain an up-to-date record of all partner estates (pricing, availability, promotions).
    • Communicate any partner product updates to sales/marketing teams within 48 hours.
    • Recommend which partner products to prioritize based on profitability and demand.

    Market & Competitor Research:

    • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and product features.
    • Produce quarterly market insight reports with actionable recommendations.

    Performance Tracking & Analysis:

    • Track sales performance, ROI, and customer feedback for each product.
    • Use data analysis to recommend adjustments to improve uptake and profitability.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales and marketing team to ensure campaigns reflect accurate and compelling product information.
    • Gather feedback from sales teams to refine product offerings.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related fields
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or project
    • management (real estate sector preferred).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing high-performing products.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
    • Ability to use analytical tool(s) for research and reporting.
