Product Manager at Arkounting Business Concepts Limited

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the overall management of the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements thereby helping to set the long-term vision and strategy for the company’s products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product team and manage stackholders.
• To set and define the product vision, strategy and product roadmap.
• Communicating vision to stakeholders.
• Gather, manage and prioritizes market/customer requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise.
• Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs.
• Regularly reviews completed work and checks with customers to ensure that it meets the customer expectations.
• Act as the product’s leader within the company.
• Develops the business case for new products and improvements to existing products.
• Develop positioning for the product.
• Defines ‘what to solve in the market’ needs document; where you articulate the valuable market problem you’re solving along with priorities and justification for each part of the solution.
• Recommends or contributes information in setting product pricing.

Job skills & qualifications

• BSc. in any relevant field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
