The ERP Assistant supports the implementation, maintenance, and daily operation of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
The role involves data entry, user support, system monitoring, report generation, and coordination with departments to ensure accurate and efficient use of the ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of the ERP system.
Perform data entry, updates, and verification in the ERP software.
Support different departments (HR, Finance, Store, Sales, Production, etc.) in using the ERP system correctly.
Generate reports from the ERP system as requested by management.
Identify errors, duplicate records, or missing data and resolve them promptly.
Assist in ERP user account creation, modification, and deactivation.
Provide basic training and guidance to staff on ERP usage.
Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes and changes.
Coordinate with IT / ERP vendor for troubleshooting and system updates.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all ERP modules.
Assist in system testing when new features or updates are introduced.
Monitor attendance, inventory, finance, or other modules depending on company usage.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
1 – 3 years experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Stratemis, Alpeta, etc).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
Basic understanding of database / software systems is an advantage.
