  • Product Manager

    As a Mid-Level Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our products. You will be expected to take ownership of product initiatives, from ideation to launch, and be proactive in driving progress without requiring constant supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap by identifying opportunities for growth, driving product vision, and prioritizing features based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery, alignment with market demands, and effective go-to-market strategies.
    • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements, write clear user stories, and ensure detailed product documentation is in place for successful execution by the development team.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to drive product decisions and measure success. Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to continuously improve and iterate on product offerings.
    • Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that all product features and enhancements align with user needs. You will work to understand customer pain points and advocate for solutions that improve user experience and satisfaction.
    • Execution & Delivery: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and deliver the expected value.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update internal stakeholders, executives, and teams on product progress, challenges, and key results. Be proactive in solving issues and communicating product performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset are key.
    • Technical Understanding: A solid understanding of the product development process, including the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is highly preferred.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to make informed decisions. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) is a plus.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and progress to a variety of stakeholders.
    • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
