Product Designer (UI/UX) at Youverify Online Services

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail - oriented Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user - centered digital experiences that align with both user needs and business objectives.
• You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas and requirements into engaging, functional, and visually appealing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate user and business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Design intuitive user interface components, including menus, navigation systems, widgets, dashboards, and other digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Develop high - quality visual assets, illustrations, graphics, and other design elements that support the overall product experience.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to internal teams and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback where necessary.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve user experience challenges, including usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction issues.
• Conduct design reviews and implement layout improvements based on user insights, testing results, and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve product usability, engagement, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and maintain design consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI / UX and product design.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Design and UI / UX Design.
• Experience working in a startup, SaaS, fintech, or technology - driven environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end - to - end design projects across web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high - fidelity interface designs.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, colour theory, layout design, and information hierarchy.
• Ability to conduct user research, analyse findings, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Strong problem - solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex user experience challenges.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and modern product development processes.
