Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of gadgets, accessories, and related inventory.
• The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement at competitive prices while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and supporting smooth inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure gadgets, accessories, and consumables in line with company requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to achieve cost efficiency.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure all procured items meet quality standards and specifications.
• Track market trends, pricing changes, and new product availability.
• Work closely with finance to ensure proper documentation and payment processing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (preferably in electronics or gadgets).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Ability to analyze costs and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory or procurement systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
