    Procurement Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Procurement Manager will oversee our procurement and vendor management operations.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products, negotiating favorable contracts, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of kitchen and catering equipment, refrigeration, and laundry solutions for our West African hub.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive costs.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to drive cost savings and maintain compliance with standards.
    • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, purchase orders, and deliveries.
    • Monitor inventory levels to support business needs while minimizing excess stock.
    • Ensure vendor compliance with company requirements on quality, delivery timelines, and cost standards.
    • Maintain and update vendor databases, procurement records, and reports using procurement software (Sage).
    • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, technical, and operations) to forecast demand and align procurement plans.
    • Manage procurement budgets and track performance against set KPIs.
    • Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.

    Job Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc. in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in procurement and vendor management.
    • Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.
    • Proficiency in procurement software (especially Sage).
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and contract management abilities.

    Gross Salary
    Negotiable.
