    Presales Officer

    Job Description

    • Our client, a Business Technology Solutions company, is looking to hire a result-driven Presales Officer in Lagos to join their fast-growing team. 
    • As a Presales Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective presales strategies and client engagement.
    • You will contribute to the success of the sales team by meeting targets, identifying business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships.

    Responsibilities
    Sales Performance:

    • Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective presales techniques.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive activities.
    • Provide valuable insights and feedback to the team based on thorough market analysis.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Nurture and sustain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Prepare regular presales reports, including performance metrics, pipeline status, and market trends.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development.
    • Provide input to enhance presales strategies and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
    • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and presales skills.

    Adherence to Presales Processes:

    • Follow established presales processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance and optimize presales processes.

    The Presales Officer contributes to the company's mission by:

    • Driving revenue growth through successful presales strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successful presales or sales experience.
    • Strong understanding of presales and sales principles and techniques.

    Required Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and presales tools.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
