Familiar with the smooth operation and maintenance of gas plants (Wartsilla, Rolls-Royce, and Caterpillar) and their accessories.
Develop plans for periodic equipment maintenance and service.
Spare management during shift operations.
Maintain and record normal parameters of engines, a good learning attitude, and 5S.
Review of all engineering, designs, economic justifications, and part specifications for station projects and modifications.
Monitor plant process performance and provide feedback to the power infrastructure leadership, including the development of unit characteristics.

Communicates goals, budgets, root cause analysis findings, and equipment performance results through written and verbal reports
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
Seven years of power plant experience, including four years of supervisory experience
Valid state driver's license
Effective leadership and personnel management skills
Ability to train and develop engineers and other technical personnel
Knowledge of budgeting processes and project management skills
Knowledge of power plant mechanical equipment, including boilers and combustion processes, turbines, heat exchangers, condensers, coal handling equipment, compressors, fans, pumps, and ash handling systems
General understanding of the processes, systems, assets, resources, key personnel, and functions of the group
Ability to understand and use work management systems
