Poultry Farm Manager at HTS Farms Global Nigeria Limited

Job Description:

• HTS Farms is looking for an experienced and reliable poultry farm manager to oversee our daily operations.
• The Poultry Farm Manager will be responsible for managing the entire farm, from egg production to chicken sales and ensuring that the all aspects of the farm run efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the wellbeing of the birds and providing them with the highest standards of care.
• Managing production processes including feeding, watering, vaccinations and disease control.
• Handling of eggs and chicks and managing breeding programs.
• Coordinating and supervising farm workers.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry best practices.
• Ensuring that proper record keeping systems are in place.
• Managing the farm's budget and overseeing the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in animal science or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in poultry farming or related industries.
• Good knowledge of poultry farming best practices.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
