Plant Engineer - Intravenous Fluid Factory at Dele Pharmaceuticals

Responsibilities

• Supervision of machinery used in the production of Intravenous fluid
• Supervise Machine maintenance, HVAC operation and water system maintenance.
• Initiate QMS documents and execute CAPA wherever necessary.
• Prepare and implement standard operating procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain a high level of OEE for overall plant
• Downtime analysis, optimizing the maintenance process for better utilization of resources.
• Spare parts inventory management (Maintain an adequate level of spare parts as a cost-effective system).
• Monitoring of gen-sets, boilers, chillers, air compressors, WTP, daily for energy-efficient operation
• Generate & implement a comprehensive engineering plan for the factory
• Implement preventive & corrective maintenance systems for all the equipment, ensuring maximum up-time for all the equipment.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly engineering reports, monitor operations and machinery health
• Generate drawings for a new modification/improvement plan, and incorporate technical improvements for efficiency increase.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 8 years work experience.
