Job Description
Managing daily operational activities of the Online & Offline Pharmacy (cies), including but not limited to, departmental work schedules, revenue targets, daily tasks & customer service.
Managing operational activities in relation to HMO orders
Work closely with the Director of Operations and Customer Success to Implement the business strategies for operational excellence, including; financial management, human resource management, product demand economics and supply chain systems.
Work closely with the Procurement and Logistics Lead in product demand planning and cost reduction activities to increase profit margin
Work closely with the Procurement and Logistics Lead in Procurement activities, ensuring that high-quality and sort after products are regularly available
Work closely with the Procurement and Logistics Lead in ensuring the timely delivery of orders.
Support other business activities including Telemedicine, Laboratory Services, OneCare, and Wholesale supplies.
Design more efficient Operation processes and drive execution.
Qualifications
B.Pharm Degree from a reputable higher institution
Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a licensed pharmacist in the capacity of a pharmacy branch manager, pharmacy operations manager, and superintendent pharmacist.
Must have excellent leadership and people management skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced technologically driven health space.
Must be proactive, innovative and creative
Must be able to work independently and with a team
Must possess excellent communications and reporting skills
