Responsibilities

• Accurately dispensing prescribed medications.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices.
• Optimize patient care.
• Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy assistants.
• Provide patient counseling on proper medication usage and potential side effects to facilitate increased patronage for increased patronage.
• Create and ensure memorable customer experience outcomes.
• Oversee business growth and market share expansion.
• Proactive about stock replenishment and general procurements.
• Institute controls to plug exploitable loopholes in the outlet.
• Personnel management and general administration of the outlet.
• Ensure all assets are in good working condition in the outlet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Pharmacy Degree.
• At least two (2) years community practice experience in a similar role.

Skill Set:
