Build and maintain long-lasting, strong customer relationships while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Work closely with the Operations team to Implement the business strategies for operational excellence, including; financial management, human resource management, product demand economics and supply chain systems.
Work closely with the Procurement and Logistics team in product demand planning and cost reduction activities to increase profit margin and to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
Timely reporting of sales metrics per company policy.
Research and analyze sales options, recommending prospects for new business opportunities
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
Qualifications
B.Sc Degree from a reputable higher institution. B.Pharm degree is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Sales Executive in the pharmaceutical industry
Must be proactive, innovative, and agile
Must be able to work independently and with a team
Must possess excellent strong communications and reporting skills
