    Personal Assistant/Protocol

    LOCATION: Wuse, Abuja

    INDUSTRY: Legal

    GENDER: Male

    AGE: 27-35 years of age.

    SALARY: N90,000-120,000

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be a graduate B.Sc. in Business Administration, Business Management, or other relevant fields.
    • At least 3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant or similar Administrative role.
    • Candidate MUST have excellent written and oral communication skill.
    • Must be Tech-savvy and excellent in the use of Microsoft office suites, prepare report and email programs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of the CEO including appointments, meetings and travel.
    •  Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO while ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
    • Provide executive and administrative support to CEO.
    • Responsible for organizing the CEO's travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.
    • Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to the CEO’s office including phone calls, emails and walk ins, ensuring correct department distribution.
    • Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the CEO including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments. Write and distribute comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
    • Draft and write high quality reports and presentations, as required by the CEO.
    • Communicating important updates and information to all staff and concerned parties of the firm as required by the CEO.
    • Assist in structuring and planning the calendar of events for the firm.
    • and, any other work required of you to be done by the Learned Silk.

    • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
    • Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks.
    • Ability to deliver on assigned mandates.
    • Demonstrable leadership abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Team building techniques.
    • Skilled in the art of multitasking
    • Targets-Tasks-Timelines:
    • This will be determined and monitored per-time.
    • However,  you should be proactive and be productive.
