    Personal Assistant

    The Role

    We are seeking a PA/Brand Manager to join an investment company with more than one business activity under its management. As a PA/Brand Manager you  will be the right hand person managing the subsidiary companies and also assisting the MD in secretarial roles(emails, meetings, appointments scheduling, event planning, etc).

    Key tasks

    • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
    • Call management including taking and delivering accurate messages and responding to requests by providing information and referring calls to the appropriate colleagues.
    • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
    • Help with daily time management .
    • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
    • Follow up on actions post meetings.
    • Manage budgets and accounting books across the portfolio.
    • Assists the Manager in the execution of events and driving the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
    • Develops working relationships with outside vendors and establishes prices and service agreements to enhance the event experience and to increase additional revenue opportunities for the property.

    Experience

    • Previous PA experience in a structured environment is essential.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent.
    • Experience managing budgets is a must or fantastic excel skills.
    • Experience of managing conflicting priorities in a busy office environment.

    Skills

    • Must have strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
    • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent IT skills – in particular Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
    • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally, including drafting correspondence and documents.
    • Ability to work to strict deadlines and be organised and efficient.
    • Pragmatic, creative approach to problem-solving, with emphasis on fast and practical solutions.
