    Personal Assistant

    Job Duties

    1. Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
    2. Communication Management: Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Draft, proofread, and edit documents as required.
    3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
    4. Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing tasks and deadlines, ensuring that important matters are addressed promptly.
    5. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
    6. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
    7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
    8. Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
    9. Miscellaneous Duties: Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executive, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
