    Performance Manager

    Job Role / Objectives

    • We are seeking an experienced and analytical Performance Manager to oversee the performance management framework of the organization.
    • The successful candidate will ensure that employee performance aligns with strategic business goals through effective goal setting, evaluation systems, and data-driven performance analysis.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and manage the company’s performance management system.
    • Support leadership in setting SMART performance goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
    • Coordinate and facilitate annual performance review processes.
    • Analyse performance data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, metrics, and reports.
    • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify and address skill gaps.
    • Support managers in providing feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
    • Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives that reinforce performance culture.
    • Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance in the performance appraisal process.

    Qualifications/ Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in performance management or HR analytics within a structured organization.
    • Certification in HR (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of performance management systems, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks.
    • Analytical mind set with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
    • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS or performance management tools.
