To ensure effectiveness in managing the performance of staff and plan relevant training and development programmes/interventions to improve performance.
You'll Fit in if You Have
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related field (Master's Degree or MBA in relevant discipline will be an added advantage).
Minimum of 4 years experience as a Performance Management Specialist of which you must have spent 2 years in a leadership position.
Membership of at least one HR professional body like CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or PHRI.
