Performance Management Specialist at Bheerhugz Café

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage PMS frameworks, including KPIs, OKRs, appraisals, and performance reviews.
• Cascade organizational goals into departmental and individual objectives.
• Coordinate performance planning and appraisal cycles.
• Train managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Identify productivity and engagement trends and recommend improvements.
• Support managers in addressing underperformance and recognizing high performers.
• Benchmark best practices and introduce innovative performance management solutions.
• Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and line managers to ensure effective implementation.
• Leverage digital tools, HRIS, Excel, and analytics platforms for performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in performance management.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, and/or 9-Box Grid.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or HRIS analytics.
• Ability to translate business strategy into measurable performance objectives.
• SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or similar certification is an advantage.
