    People's Advisor

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a proactive and experienced People's Advisor to support our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, and HR initiatives to foster a positive and compliant work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
    • Verify employee records and claims (qualifications, references, certificates).
    • Facilitate smooth onboarding and new hire orientations.
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, performance management, engagement, and talent development programs.
    • Support payroll processing to ensure accurate salary and benefits administration.
    • Manage employee documentation, correspondence, and records in HRIS, M-Files, and physical files.
    • Monitor compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws.
    • Provide advice to managers and staff on HR policies and best practices.
    • Administer employee lifecycle processes: contract extensions, promotions, leave, terminations, and investigations.
    • Support employee benefit programs and wellness initiatives.
    • Maintain HR data accuracy and prepare documentation for audits.
    • Contribute to HR projects that boost engagement and organizational effectiveness.
    • Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
    • Keep abreast of HR policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Recognized HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant HR experience.

    Skills & Attributes:

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
    • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
    • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
