Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Success Associate to manage relationships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and ensure the smooth processing of claims.
This role involves serving as a liaison between the company and HMOs, facilitating claim filings, and supporting internal teams in resolving any claim-related issues.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with HMOs.
Ensure seamless processing of claims filed by HMOs on behalf of the company.
Serve as a primary point of contact for HMOs, addressing queries and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary documentation for claim processing.
Assist customers in navigating the claim filing process and understanding HMO platforms.
Resolve issues related to claim filings and ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
Work closely with customer support teams to handle inquiries related to HMO claims.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or health-tech industry.
Strong understanding of HMO platforms and claim filing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with HMO representatives and internal teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple HMO relationships and claims simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in claim processing.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
