Packaging Machine Operation at Fadac Resources

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You will play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged safely, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging equipment.
• Inspect and test packages to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and consistent packaging.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bsc/ HND or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Packaging Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
