About the Role:
We are hiring a hardworking, smart, and proactive Sales Representative to join our team. This role is designed for someone who is confident, articulate, energetic, and lives on Lagos Island. You’ll be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, nurturing leads, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction—both online and in-person.
We’re looking for a results-driven individual who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and represent our brand with professionalism and passion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, contact, and convert leads through phone, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
- Engage customers with a clear understanding of the company’s products/services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Conduct in-person or virtual consultations as needed
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals/quotations, and close deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and reports using CRM tools
- Attend company events, jobs, or exhibitions when required
- Run company related errands.
- Encourage repeat sales and upselling.

Requirements:
- Age between 23 – 30 years
- Must live on Lagos Island (VI, Ikoyi, Lekki, Ikate, etc.)
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be smart, teachable, organized, and well-spoken
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Docs, WhatsApp Business, email, basic CRM)
- Professional appearance and good personal grooming
- Minimum of OND/NCE; B.Sc./HND preferred
