Operations Officer at Saturn Epic Energy and Gas Global Co. Ltd

We are seeking a proactive Operations Officer to support daily operational activities, ensure smooth workflow, and assist in field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational functions to ensure seamless delivery across all departments.
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• ⁠Manage procurement processes and source vendors locally and internationally, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Support logistics and staff coordination
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory laws and regulations

Requirements:

• HND or BSc in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience is an advantage
