Job Summary

As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing the loan application process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the company’s strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze operational performance reports, including loan processing metrics, customer satisfaction data, and financial performance indicators.
• Assist in preparing and managing the operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within a financial institution
• In-depth understanding of loan processes, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
