Operations Manager at Teal Harmony

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Teal Harmony Limited located in Lagos. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing project timelines and resources, ensuring quality control and timely delivery, and optimizing operational performance. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Track all leads and support the sales process till conversion
• Ensure all departments comply with company policy and processes
• Listen to Clients feedback or complaints and interact effectively to increase patronage/Client satisfaction
• Feed future corporate policy trends back to management
• Perform regular project audits to identify and correct design discrepancies with the Project and design team in order to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Allocate incoming tasks to the necessary departments and track progress till completion

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience working in an Interior Design, Architectural or in Construction firm
• Knowledge of interior design and construction industry would be a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in project management software and tools to track projects and deliverables
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial and Commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunities
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
