We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Floral Specialist to care for fresh flowers, prepare bouquets, and support our floral production line. This role requires someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent hand skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate understands flower handling, preservation, and presentation, and can consistently create clean, beautiful arrangements that match our brand standards.
Candidates must be reliable, fast-working, and passionate about delivering high-quality floral products.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and properly condition fresh flowers upon arrival
- Monitor flower health daily and ensure proper storage, hydration, and preservation
- Prepare bouquets, wraps, and floral arrangements according to brand style and quality requirements
- Trim, clean, and maintain stems, petals, and foliage
- Maintain floral workstations, tools, and cold storage areas in clean and organized condition
- Assist with high-volume production during peak periods
- Communicate stock levels and flower needs to the inventory team
- Ensure all bouquets are wrapped neatly and presented professionally
- Follow standardized processes for arrangement, wrapping, and packaging
- Uphold strict hygiene and quality control standards
- Collaborate closely with fulfilment and production teams to meet deadlines
Job Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in floristry, bouquet wrapping, or any form of craft/handwork (advantage but not compulsory if naturally skilled)
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to create visually appealing arrangements
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume production
- Good hand coordination and attention to detail
- Must be physically active and able to stand for extended periods
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
- Ability to learn and follow standardized floral procedures quickly
- Strong sense of cleanliness, order, and presentation
- Excellent communication with team members
- Experience in a gifting company, floristry shop, or production environment
- Knowledge of flower care techniques (hydration, cooling, conditioning, etc.)
- Ability to suggest arrangement styles based on flower type and volume
