    Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on projects within the finance, mining, and research sectors. 
    • This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring a combination of analytical acumen, sector knowledge, and the ability to manage complex workflows with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
    • Manage and develop a team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.
    • Train, motivate, and coach team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
    • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
    • Implement customer feedback to improve services and products.
    • Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize stock levels.
    • Manage cafe finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the cafe and drive sales.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 4+ years of experience in cafe or restaurant management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
