Job description/ Objectives

The Operations manager is saddled with the responsibility of designing and implementing processes and procedures to maximize business efficiency. Through this, he ensures all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards, handle insurance contracts, keep all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing resources, ensuring quality control, developing strategies, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Reporting metrics to key stakeholders and management

Educational requirements

• A minimum of H.N.D or bachelor’s degree in any management-related field, Certified Facility or Operations Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalent. 
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in estate management, building or related field.
