Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing residential development projects from start to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, material managementand quality control.
- Ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent reporting and project management abilities.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have handleddevelopments in Lekki, Ikoyi, and Banana Island.
