Operations Manager at Fadac Resources

Responsibilities

• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
• Implementation of proper system and process for loan assessment, disbursement, and collections
• Developing policies that will correlate with strategies.
• Monitor credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses
• Ensure compliance to company policy and submitting of various weekly, monthly reports and data to management and credit bureau as per banking regulations.
• Responsible for the review and approval of commercial credit proposals and to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure, defining limit of credit exposure based on financial assessments.
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in any related field
• 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven years of experience in any related field
• Communication &Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Excellent data analysis capability.
