Ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics issues.
Manage inventory tracking and warehouse/store organization.
Work with the E-Commerce & Client Relations teams to provide order updates.
Operational Strategy & Process Improvement: Oversee the daily operations to ensure efficiency, optimize workflows, and implement process improvements aligned with business goals
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the current team (Office Assistant,Design and Production,Associate, and Brand Assistant) while collaborating with external partners such as our Visual Director/Cinematographer.
Reporting & Performance Metrics: Generate regular reports on key operational metrics and make data-driven recommendation.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Ensure that all inventory levels are maintained efficiently and that product deliveries are timely.
Requirement:
Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or retail operations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
