Operations Lead
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- City Ikeja
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and maintaining vendor contracts.
- Janitors Management and Deployment
- Clients Management
- Invoicing and Payroll
- Inventory Management
- Purchasing of cleaning and pest control consumables
- Locations Inspections and Reporting
- Contingency Cleaning Management
- Fumigation /Pest Control Management
- Field inspection
Education, Qualification, and Experience
- OND / HND and Valid Driving License
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a Facility Management or Cleaning/Pest Control Companies
Skills and Competencies:
- Intermediate MS Excel user
- HSE knowledge
- Familiar with Pest Control and Cleaning Equipment
- Driving with a valid license will be an added advantage
- Presentation Skills
- Project Management
- Planning and Coordination
- Communication
- Leadership.
