Operation Officer at Zenith Carex International Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfilment.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods, tracking shipments and updating stakeholders accordingly.
• Coordinate dispatch riders and plan their delivery routes
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to optimise operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping documents, and operational reports.
• Analyse operational performance and suggest improvements for process efficiency and cost reduction.
• Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and logistics disruptions promptly and effectively.
• Support the implementation of logistics systems and digital tools to enhance workflow.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics or operations within the supply chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have a valid driving license
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads.
• Ability to drive a bus.
• Team player with a proactive, flexible attitude, and a problem solver.
• The ability to ride a bike is an added advantage.
