Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging and high-quality content for the company’s digital platforms.
• The Content Creator will be responsible for creating videos, photos, graphics, captions, and other digital content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos, reels, TikToks, and other visual content.
• Create content calendars and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, headlines, and social media copy.
• Create content that aligns with the company's brand identity, products, services, and marketing objectives.
• Research current social media trends, viral content formats, hashtags, and audience interests.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product promotions, events, and brand awareness activities.
• Manage day-to-day content production for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, design, and management teams to develop content ideas.
• Attend company events, product launches, client activities, and field activities to capture relevant content.
• Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve future content.
• Engage with followers and respond appropriately to comments and messages when required.
• Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, graphics, and other digital assets.
• Stay updated on emerging content trends, social media algorithms, and content creation tools.
• Support paid advertising campaigns by producing high-converting creative content.
• Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, and consistent with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or relevant qualification in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proven ability to create engaging video and visual content.
• A portfolio of previous content, social media pages, or relevant creative work is an advantage.
• Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple content projects simultaneously.
