    Office Assistant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Answer and direct phone calls.
    • Receiving both incoming and outgoing mails.
    • Dispatching of official mails
    • Typing of medical bills from Hospitals
    • Maintain a good filing system.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Proven experience as an Office Assistant
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and Photocopiers
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    • Attention to details
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
