    Documentation Officer (Pharmaceutical Space)

    Job Summary:

    The Documentation Officer will be responsible for organizing, and maintaining company documents in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards, especially within a pharmaceutical setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, review, control, and archive company documents and records
    • Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements (NAFDAC, GMP, ISO where applicable)
    • Maintain proper version control of SOPs, policies, and operational documents
    • Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation
    • Coordinate document approvals and distribution across departments
    • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

    Requirements:

    • HND/BSc in Information Management,  Administration, or related field
    • 3-5 years experience in documentation in a pharmaceutical 
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Good knowledge of record management systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Good knowledge of GMP and regulatory documentation

    Maintenance Technician

    Job Summary:

    The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities within the pharmaceutical environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
    • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical faults
    • Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards
    • Keep maintenance records and logs up to date
    • Support installation and servicing of new equipment
    • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns

    Requirements:

    • HND/BSC in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field
    • 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
    • Basic knowledge of GMP and safety standards
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
