Registered Paediatric Nurse at Reddington Hospital

• We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Paediatric Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering age-appropriate, family-centered care while ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence. The role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote optimal health outcomes for paediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the paediatrician.
• Assist during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
• Educate parents/guardians on treatment plans, preventive care, and child development.
• Maintain strict infection prevention and control standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
• Certification in Paediatric Nursing is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a paediatric unit.
• Strong clinical and emergency response skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
