Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings and reviewing applications.
• Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Support onboarding of new employees, including preparing documents and welcome materials.
• Keep employee records and HR databases updated and organized.
• Assist in planning and organizing staff trainings, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Draft simple HR documents, letters, and internal communications.
• Help the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Learn and participate in ongoing HR projects to gain practical experience.

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC member in Lagos.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and people management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Proactive and able to take initiative when needed.
