NYSC Automotive Service Advisor at Mechanic on the Go

Mechanic On The Go, a reputable automotive service provider based in Ikeja, Lagos, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) Corper to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in auto repair and customer service while contributing to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Supervising Repairs in the Workshop:

• Oversee and coordinate repair and maintenance activities in our workshop.
• Ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and meet the company's quality standards.

Pickup and Drop-off Services:

• Drive to customers' houses to pick up and drop off their cars for repair.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients.

Customer Communication:

• Explain repair and maintenance procedures to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs, including labor and parts costs.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Inspection and Diagnostics:

• Conduct basic inspections and diagnostic operations on customers' cars, both in the workshop and at their houses.
• Identify and report additional repair needs to customers.

Qualifications:

Auto Repair Knowledge and Experience:

• Prior knowledge and experience in auto repair and maintenance are essential.
• Familiarity with automotive systems, components, and repair processes.

 Location:

• Reside in or close to Ikeja, Lagos, for easy access to the workshop and customers' locations.

Driver's License:

• Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to drive responsibly and safely.
