    Nursing Officer RN/RM

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
    • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
    • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitoring patients' responses to interventions.
    • Providing prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to pregnant women, including conducting antenatal assessments, assisting with labor and delivery, and offering postpartum support.
    • Educating patients and their families about health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care practices.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
    • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and promote interdisciplinary communication.
    • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to evidence-based practice guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent (required).
    • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RN/RM)
    • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in nursing and midwifery practice.
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Commitment to maintaining professional competence through ongoing education and training.
