We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Assistant, you will provide essential support to our nursing staff, assisting with patient care, daily living activities, and vital sign monitoring.
Responsibilities
Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
Assist with feeding, ambulation, and toileting
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Maintain patient rooms and common areas
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
3 - 5 years work experience.
Completion of a nurse assistant training program
Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Basic life support certification (BLS)
Ability to lift and move patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
