Job Description:

• Provide specialized nursing care for newborns in theNeonatal Intensive Care Unit, including premature infants and those with critical health conditions.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures such as intubation and feeding.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Support and educate parents on neonatal care, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on infant care post-discharge.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a current license, preferably withcertification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a NICU setting.
• In-depth knowledge of neonatal care principles and practices.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
