Provide specialized nursing care for newborns in theNeonatal Intensive Care Unit, including premature infants and those with critical health conditions.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures such as intubation and feeding.
Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Support and educate parents on neonatal care, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on infant care post-discharge.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with a current license, preferably withcertification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a NICU setting.
In-depth knowledge of neonatal care principles and practices.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
