Network and Systems Engineer at Willers Solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for corporate clients.
• Design, implement, and support IT, Security, and Network Solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ensure readiness for urgent technical interventions to meet SLAs.
• Maintain and manage all assigned equipment responsibly.
• Stay updated with new technologies relevant to the company and industry.
• Ensure full compliance with departmental and organizational policies.
• Report to the Head of Department and achieve all assigned tasks.
• Maintain good communication with clients and team members.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, VLANs, Trunks, and VPNs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Eng, BS.c Degrees with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Mikrotik, Sophos, UTMs, and other firewalls.
• Server OS expertise (Windows and Linux).
• Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.
• Advanced understanding of IP subnetting.
• Capability to design network topologies and provide IT consultancy.
• Experience with enterprise-grade WiFi (e.g., UniFi, Huawei, Ruijie).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networks, systems, and security.
