    National Sales and Marketing Manager

    Job Overview

     In the National Sales & Marketing Manager role, you are expected to use your well-developed sales expertise and commercial acumen, to develop, drive and realize the company’s sales objectives. A key element in this role is challenging the status quo, leading the change process, developing your own sales and technical team. Important is to have experience in several leading FMCG companies and proven your creativity and thinking outside the box.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    The position is responsible for the following main activities:

    • Leading and developing both regional sales and technical teams.
    • Create and develop programs for national sales and ensure its implementation.
    • Responsible for handling all the distributors & strategic partners, including order planning, and relationship management.
    • Lead market and business development activities.
    • Develop effective sales and marketing strategy in liaison with management and ensure timely implementation.
    • Keep current with demand and supply of company’s products, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors.
    • Initiate, build and establish professional networks across the regions.
    • Participate in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities.

    Desired Skills And Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree. MBA is an added value. Minimum of 10 yrs. experience post first degree. Relevant experience in a similar position in reputable companies within the Food and Beverage industry.
    • Leading, developing, and training sales and technical teams.
    • Must be a member of Nigeria Institute of Marketing.
    • Age: 35-45years.

    • Good interpersonal relationship skill
    • High Integrity
    • Working knowledge of market trends and behaviors
